About Exceed Grain Marketing
Exceed Grain Marketing is expanding its current team to support continued growth across our advisory, research, and market intelligence services. We work with farm businesses, agri-businesses, and industry partners across Canada and globally, providing trusted grain market insight, research, and decision support.
As our organization grows, we are seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual who can support internal operations while also playing a key role in visual marketing, digital content, and communication.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, visually creative, and comfortable working in a professional, fast-paced environment. The position blends administrative and operational support with content creation, social media management, and digital marketing execution.
The successful candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations while also strengthening how Exceed Grain Marketing communicates its insights, research, and services visually and digitally.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to advisors and leadership
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with coordination and follow-up
- Prepare, format, and organize reports, presentations, and client-facing materials
- Maintain internal records, spreadsheets, and databases
- Light BookKeeping
- Support general office operations and internal communication
Marketing, Content & Digital Media
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook)
- Execute and manage paid social media advertising campaigns
- Develop visual marketing materials aligned with the Exceed brand
- Assist with video content creation, editing, and posting (short-form and long-form)
- Support blog posts, market updates, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Maintain a consistent, professional visual identity across all digital channels
- Track basic engagement metrics and provide performance insights
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Demonstrated experience with social media management and advertising
- Strong visual marketing skills and an eye for design
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Experience with video creation and editing tools is a strong asset
- Familiarity with analytics, engagement tracking, and performance metrics
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented work ethic
